Outcome from Obama Issue: Black Liberation Theology

No matter your take on the recent issues surrounding Barack Obama's pastor Jeremiah Wright and the issues surrounding race, this seems to be a worthwhile outcome.  It is something that clearly needs broader discussion and it appears this is now the case.

The controversy surrounding Pastor Jeremiah Wright has brought attention to Black Liberation Theology, the religious tradition which has influenced his sermons. Reverend Bernard Richardson, dean of Howard University's Andrew Rankin Memorial Chapel; and Reverend Bobby McClain, Professor of Preaching at Wesley Theological Seminary, discuss the roots of Black Liberation Theology.
