   Tell ya what, neti pots are weird and awkward (and I think there are easier to use choices out there), but they work wonderfully for allergies and such. My husband had a deviated septum surgery and had to use something to rinse out the sinuses (about five times a day). He chose to go with something that looks like the worlds largest hypodermic needle with a silicon tip. It was a life saver.

   I don't doubt that it must be refreshing. Like a nasal bidet. It just looks odd and creepy. Like a David Blaine trick!

   A nasal bidet!!!! ROTFLMAO!!! That's funny! That's exactly what it's like though! I actually use the highly expensive "Simply saline" – it comes in a bottle and you squirt it up your nose….it's wonderful when the allergies get bad. My dr told me to get one of these – but it does look hard to use and I'm sure hard to keep clean…the last thing I need is a breeding place for nose germies!

    Or you could just buy saline spray at the pharmacy. It's really cheap and much easier to use.
