The Seven Samurai, The Hidden Fortress and the Four Outlaws, Rashomon, Stray Dog, Yojimbo, Life, the list just goes on and on! * 2001 A Space Odyessy * Dr. Strangelove * Wise Blood (A man that has a good car don't need no redemption!) * Everything you wanted to know about sex but were afrade to ask. I include this because the concept of taking a book like that and turning it into a movie is just so out-of-the-box. My list is a bit older than yours. Older...but Wiser? Nah! Blade runner is one movie that is much better than the novel it came from.
