Hannity and Limbaugh are already blaming the economy on a person who has not even taken office because, get this, "His ideas are destroying Wall Street".
They simply have no clue what they are talking about. They promote idiocy for ratings and make people dumber as a result. They have already muddled what socialism actually is and will keep on regurgitating lies, factual inaccuracies, and exasperated rhetoric of fear that the government is going to steal your money and crush your freedom of religion. All of this on not one shred of substantiated evidence.
Do people take this crap seriously? Well, as the gun shops across the country show us, yes. Sales are up because people are also afraid that the 2nd Amendment will suddenly be wiped from the Constitution thanks to lies from the NRA. God, guns, and gays are going to ruin America and Obama is going to let them run over every right that the Lord Jesus Christ wants us to follow. That's the message and it's junk.
Fear and irrationality multiply stupidity. Ladies and gentlemen, dittoheads, so-called conservatives, this is what the GOP media machine has become – fear inducing irrational stupidity that masquerades as a "conservative underground" when it's nothing of the sort. It's empty sub-cultural and sectarian rhetoric design to keep people listening and that's all. Don't buy into this shit. Seriously stop.
So, will they give him credit when over the next four years Wall Street inevitably recovers? No way. They will spin it back and thank all of those who fought against him. That small group of Republicans who care about the real Jesus who does not like gays and loves guns. Unfortunately that Jesus never lived, and the GOP will not be the bastion of salvation – especially if Hannity and Limbaugh its most ardent supporters. It's a tragedy masking itself as a comedy of errors. This is the legacy of how idiotic and stupid Bush has made his own party.

I use to be able to listen to them, but I can't even listen to them anymore. Just ignore them and, if people ask, explain why they are wrong, but I don't even talk about them. That is what they want us to do. The more we talk, the more ratings they get. It is just frustrating.
I have a rule of thumb. Any time someone on the radio or TV address the audiance as "My friends…." or "My fellow Americans… " I turn them off. I'm sure this works with Rush, but I don't know about the other one.

Sean Hannity has a network of toadies in local radio and TV station all across the country and their typically call him and say "Sean ,You are a great American." At which times he tells them "Joe Asskisser! You are a great American!" They then spend the next few minutes kissing each others asses and telling bald faced lies about Obama, then chanting "Flager , Ayers and Wright! OH MY!"
I don't think ratings are as important to them as the message their corporate masters want them to convey. They want to convince us that Exxon, Wal-Mart, and Haliburton are noble, trustworthy victims of unions and liberals, and not blackhearted entities who have sold their souls to satan, are would would gladly turn employees into "Soylent Green" if they could get five bucks a pound for them.
The fact that Obama is losing credibility shows that as long as they continue to spew their message unchallenged they will succeed in their campaign of Race Baiting, Lies and misdirection as a testament to the fickle nature of the average American!
