Steven Soderbergh has produced a mammoth film about Cuban communist revolutionary Ché Guevara. You may have seen the t-shirts (pictured to the right on mega hip-hop mogul Jay-Z) as some sort of populist counter-culture brand among celebrities and protesters.
Nick Gillespie of Reason.tv has an eye-opening piece on just the kind of person Ché actually was, and the irrationality and irony of the celebrity infatuation with what has become a brand of counter-culture in the West.
